Default HTML_Control version in EXcel?

1.I have one exel book. Trying to copy the sheets from one excel to another.
While copying one sheet I got error message as shown below.

Could you please let me know how do I solve it?

2. I have one excel file(orignial file sent by customer), when I save that
file as web page and view it I could not see the formatted data in web page.
But when I copy the contents of file to another new file(workbook) and save
new workbook as web page then I can see the formatted data(color, style etc).
Could you anyone tell me what is the problem with customer's file?

Your help will be appreciated.
Regards,
Shahbaz
