Default Counting colums with '0' in Excel

I need to count the number of weeks a particular column is '0' starting from
week 12 and going towards week 1 and display the total under the first N.
After this I need to count the number of weeks it remained positive and then
display this figure under P. on the same row I then again need to count the
number of weeks when the the figure remained '0' and display under N on the
extreme right.
given below is an example:

Week 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12
N P N
Product-A 0 0 5 0 0 0 0 4 1 3 0 0
2 3 4
Product-B 0 0 0 0 0 3 0 0 1 0 0 0
3 1 2

Default Counting colums with '0' in Excel

What you are asking seems easy enough but the question is confusing. Taking
the first N, you evaluate this as 2 but there are 7 columns where both are
zero. Please clarify.
