Where is the HELP INDEX

Does anybody know how to get the Help Index back, I've upgraded to Office
2003 from Office 2000 and cant find it. I realy miss this feature.

Gone forever.

Have a look at this posting by Gary's Student back in August 2006

Doesn't provide an Index but does provide just off-line help with contents and
search.
