Duplicate entries
I am merging multiple mailing lists and need to find duplicate records that
have the same name but may have a different address. I know how to delete duplicate entries by using the Unique records only filter, but am not sure how to go about finding what I need. |

Hi Brenda, you can try a pivot table. In the pivot table layout drag the Name
button to the ROW area and drag the Address button to the DATA area and do a count on the address. If you have never used a pivot table before, the wizard will guide you through it. -- molinaram "Brenda" wrote: I am merging multiple mailing lists and need to find duplicate records that have the same name but may have a different address.
