page break
I have a spreadsheet that is too long for one page so it extends to a secong
landscape page. I want to have the data print these pages horizontally vs the vertical page break that it has pre-setup. Try as I may I acn't get it to switch does anyone know how to do this. Thanks Example below: How the pages are broken: How I want it: 1 4 1 2 2 5 3 4 3 6 5 6 |
page break
Go to page preview, then
press the setup button, then select the page tab. Change to landscape, then ok, then Press the Page Break button. Your be returned to the worksheet, but your see blue lines and page numbers, drag blue lines with mouse to set print areas on each page. To get back to normal view, go to View on menu, then Normal. Hope that helps. -- This post was created using recycled electrons! "stephiez" wrote: I have a spreadsheet that is too long for one page so it extends to a secong landscape page.
