Default Can I keep "Windows of active workbook check box" checked

In excel, I always want to choose, under "Window," " Arrange" to check
"select the Windows of active workbook check box;" so I can always view all
the worksheets at once. Is trhere a way to keep this checked in eXcel.
Everytime I open a worksheet I have to repeat these steps.
