I ALREADY TRIED THAT AND INSERT IS GRAYED OUT AND YES I KNOW I SHOULD HAVE
ADDED EXTRA WORKSHEETS WHEN I OPENED THE NEW WORKBOOK. I HAVE LEARNED MY
LESSON AND WILL DO THAT FROM NOW ON. DO YOU KNOW OF ANYTHING ELSE I CAN TRY

Yes. Right click the tab name, choose insert, select sheet, and click OK.

Sandra

If InsertWorksheet is grayed out, your workbook may be protected.

See ToolsProtectionUnprotect workbook.
