compare two sheets
Hi all
I have two spreadsheets pulled from a database at different times (half yearly). Is there a way to compare and contrast the two sheets (or more than 2 if possible). I what it to look at the list and tell me what records are missing (from the new one) any help greatly appreciated Kind regards Rexmann |

One way is to use the MATCH function to match two pieces of data between the
two lists. Anywhere you get an error as opposed to a row reference returned, you have a new record. More info he http://www.techonthenet.com/excel/formulas/match.php Dave -- A hint to posters: Specific, detailed questions are more likely to be answered than questions that provide no detail about your problem.
