sort & expand trouble

Hi

I read what you wrote on sort problems, but I'm still having a
problem. I have excel 2003.I've been sorting (first I expand column A&
then sort) my sheet for sometime. Suddenly when I sort it sorts the
first column & moves the next a couple of rows out of whack
any suggestions?
