My excel2000 divide numbers per 10 why?

In every old or new sheet and cell with general or number format when i type
a number, excel divide it per 10. For example when i type 80 after enter, i
see 8 in that cell.

Use Tools | Options; open the Edit tab; uncheck the box called Fixed
Decimal....
