Invalid Reference Message?
 

Excel2003 ... I have a file consisting of 1 worksheet ...

Issue is ... whenever I open the file I receive a Pop-Up Warning Message:

"A formula in this worksheet contains 1 or more invalid references"

Worksheet is small & appears to work fine ... & I can not find cause for
this error message in any of my formulas ... Any suggestions? Thanks ... Kha

Invalid Reference Message?
 

With your WB open click (at the menu)
Edit, Goto..., Special... Button (atbottom)
Select Formulas, errors (only)
and OK

Any functions errors in your WS should be Highlighted !!
