How do I preform a search

Hey Guys- I need Help with this one!!
I was sent a Document in Excel that has over 600 pages. How can I search
within the program on a specific item without looking through all 600 pages?

How do I preform a search

Use
Edit | Find
enter what it is you want to find, but don't hit [Find] just yet, open up
the [Options] button and choose Workbook instead of Sheet in the 'Within'
option. Also, choose Values from the 'Look In' option.
