Locked spreadsheet, without cents
 

I need to create a locked spreadsheet, so that the person using it is only
able to type in currency in dollar values without any cents. I need to be
able to do this without any rounding as i can't have the amount ever round
up. preferally a Format Cell option as a funcation could be changed by the
end user.

Hi Julie,

Highlight your cell or cells and goto DataValidation.
From the dropdown menus select
Allow:
Whole Number
Data:
Greater than
Number:
0

Click OK and you are done
Test out a few fifferent combos to get the right one for your job.
