Pivot report will not fit on sheet
 

I have a pivot table with data in columns a to AC. When I try to add another
column of data for January 2007 I get a message "Pivot report will not fit on
sheet. Do you want to show as much as possible?"
What does this mean? The columns are results by month for data from 2004 to
Dec 2006.
Any help appreciated!

I think I found the problem. Each Record has a date, which is grouped by year
and month in the pivot table. One of the 16,655 records had a missing date
and when I corrected it, the table displayed just fine.
Oh, the nitty-gritty of it all!
