Print Settings in Excel
 

We share excel spreadsheets in our office but we are having a problem
printing the spreadsheet to the user's mailbox. We use Canon printers and
each user prints to their own mailbox on the pronter. The shared excel
spreadsheet prints to the originator of the document's mailbox.

Is there a solution other than manualy changing the printer settings
eachtime a user opens the workbook?
