how can I move from cell to cell up and down with the mouse ?
 

I was able to move up and down the cells with the mouse, but suddenly it
stoped and it make my job faster if I can move ti that way can you let me
know how can I get it back to that ? thank you

I suggest getting used to copy and paste function. Select your cell with your
mouse you want to move. Use Ctrl+C to Copy. Then select the cell you want it
to go to and use Ctrl+V to paste.
