File Properties Modified Date not changing
 

I have a file that has a modified date that is prior to the created date.
Also, when I open any other Excel file, the modified date changes to the date
and time the file was opened. Anyone know how the modified date can not
change on a file that is opened and how can the created date be after the
modified date? Thanks.
