How do I stop Excel from replacing "(c)" with copyright symbol?
I am typing a phone list in Excel and want to list certain numbers as cell
phone numbers (i.e. as "(c)"). However, Excel keeps changing it to the copyright symbol. How do I stop that? |

Tools--AutoCorrect options.
Either delete the condition Replace (c) with [copyright symbol] or, else, deselect the option "Replace text as you type."
