Linking chart cells between sheets
 

Normally I have no problem linking cells between sheets, but for some reason
if I insert a new row and then try to create a link from one cell in one
sheet to another cell in another sheet, it does not work? I even tried
copying cells that I do know work and then just edit the formula, but still
does not work? Any ideas
