Excel sheet send as emial body - office 2007
in office 2003 we sent a lot of excel sheets in the body of the email. Office
2003 maintains the formating of the sheet including column widths. We use it yor eamiling our purchase orers. Our excel sheets were designed in excel to be 8 x 11 when emailed so they can easily be printed from outlook one piece of paper. in office 2007 the emails lose their formating so when they are emailed the columns all grow and do not maintain the size or formating they were in excel. If printed they would require 4 or more pages now. I turned off the smart past in outlook to see if that helps, but it didn't Does any one know how to fix this? |
