Type a Question for Help
 

I need to type a question that will find a definition of the result in C4.
The result in C4 is, =IF($B$13*E4+D4$B$15,$B$15-D4,$B$13*E4)
If have tried a couple different ways but it does not take me to the answer
or a selection to where I can find the answer.
Any help would be appreciated.

Have you looked at Excel's help for the IF() function?
What, in particular, don't you understand?
What have you tried?
