I need a template that allows me to track the task delegation and
accomplishments of a 4 person taskforce. Help

Need more specific information. What do you need to track? Is it a column
of specific tasks with a check off box (Use WORD - TABLE). Are you traking
anything that requires calculations? If not then WORD - TABLE is your best
bet
