Employee schedule
What I am trying to do is automate our shift schedules for our mechanics.
The layout is as follows, going down now to the right. Date mechanic1 Mechanic 2 etc. Jan1 X Off Jan2 X Off Jan3 off off I would like to enter the number of shifts Example 10 on 4 off 10 x, s down 4 off down. We have 4 different shifts, I tried if statement but having issues. If last 10 = x then off, If last 4=off then x. Thank for the help |

Have you had a look at Solver in the addins pack. They give you an example
of shift schedules that might help. -- John MOS Master Instructor Please reply & rate any replies you get Ice Hockey rules (especially the Wightlink Raiders) "Ralph" wrote: What I am trying to do is automate our shift schedules for our mechanics.
