steps needed for freezing headers when using multiple pages

Can someone help me with freezing panes? I'm typing a table that has headers.
A couple days ago I spoke with my local library for steps on how to do this
when having multiple pages, and I forgot. If anyone can assist, I'd be very
grateful. Thank you.

If you want only to freeze your row of headers, assuming they are in row 1,
select A2 and gotowindow Freeze Panes. The rule for freeze panes is that
everything to the left and above the selected cell will be in the freeze
pane. Play with it and you will figure it out. (Do the same thing to
"Unfreeze Panes" if it is not what you want).
