I cannot add a row to my worksheet

I copied and pasted the contents to another sheet in my workbook and then I
can add a row. In the original sheet, the option to Insert is grayed out.
However, all other options, such as adding a column work. What could be
happening?

I cannot add a row to my worksheet

Hi Lisalita:

I think that you will find that there is some protection on the original
worksheet that does not allow you to insert rows but allows you to insert
columns,

Have a look at Tools|Protection|Protect Sheeet

on an unprotected sheet and then on the sheet where you cannot insert rows.

Hope this helps
