formula bar
My first time! Can anyone tell me if I have a number in a cell that ends in a
zero after the decimal point such as 234.50 what I can do to it so that it's appearence in the formula bar is the same and not 234.5. I 'm actually doing a mail merge and entering this amount into a word document but when I do the merge it shows up as 234.5 instead of 234.50. |

Debra Dalgleish posted this: There's an article on the Microsoft web site that might help you: Answer Box: Numbers don't merge right in Word http://office.microsoft.com/en-ca/as...164951033.aspx And if you prefer the old Mail Merge helper, Word MVP Suzanne Barnhill has instructions he http://sbarnhill.mvps.org/WordFAQs/C...ngWord2002.htm about half way down the page.
