I need to create a formula that adds the values that are in column C for each

Thank you so much for the quick response, but it doesn't work. I just get a
value of 0. Maybe I'm misunderstanding because I'm quite the novice. Let's say the business name is Business1. I would type your formula as follows: =SUMIF(B:B,"Business1",C:C) I tried that, but the sum is always 0. Am I missing something? Thanks. -- Jodie "T.
