PIVOT TABLE HOW TO INSERT.......
Hi i have EXCEL 2003, i just created a pivot table of my data, but i would
like to create a calculated field to my pivot table. I watched a tutorial for that and on that version of EXCEL u just right click on the pivot table and select formula. On this version of 2003 i dont have that option. Pls help me out thank you,,,,.... Alex |

Hi Alex,
1. From the Pivot Table Toolbar click on the Pivot Table drop-down menu , 2. Click on Formula 3. Click on Calculated Field. If you do not see the Pivot Table Toolbar, select any cell on your pivot table, right click and select Show Pivot Table Toolbar and follow the steps above.
