Subtotals
 

I have created a worksheet for balancing a payroll. I use it on a monthly
basis and I always add subtotals for each office. Now this month the
subtotals option is shaded out so I can not access it. What am I doing
wrong? I need help right away.

Could you copy & past this month's data to a new file to see the subtotal
works or not?
