Hot Link to Image in Workbook

I use excel to create real estate property reports. The report is an excel
workbook with multiple worksheets. The report is written to pdf for delivery
to the Client. The reports include a house floor plan sketch and photos of
the house. In the sketch page, I would like to provide pop up/down images of
the house when the reader moves the mouse over certain cells/buttons or a
similar item. For example, when the user moves the cursor over a cell near
the front of the house, a picture of the house front pops up and disappears
when the cursor is moved. The picture is contained elsewhere in the workbook
and should be obtained by referencing the picture.

Is there a way in excel to create a hot cell, button or similar item that
will provide a popup up/down image display for an image contained elsewhere
in the workbook?

The target report format for the Client is pdf. When I write the excel
workbook to pdf, the same image pop up/down behavior is needed is needed in
the pdf file.

thanks.

If this doesn't work in PDF, consider keeping the images on their own page.
Make a hyperlink in the "hot" cell, which brings the reader to the cell
under the top left corner of the picture and another hyperlink next to the
picture that returns to the original location.
