Hyperlinks in Excel
Is there a way to permanently turn off the automatic hyperlink feature in
Excel? I create a lot of list with URL's in them but do not want them linked to a website. Yes, there is a formula (highlight blank cell, type 1, blah blah) for multiple cells but you have to redo that with every document and again if you even so much as highlight one cell again. I'd like to turn it off completely....forever.......throughout the whole program...in every document I ever open or create. |
In 2002 and 2003
ToolsAutoCorrect OptionsAutoformat as you type. Uncheck the box there.
