Default Data from 2 spreadsheets

Hello, quick question. I have 1 spreadsheet containing all the users in the
company and a second spreadsheet containing only those with e-mail. However
spreadsheet 1 has a column that spreadsheet 2 does not have and needs to. The
only problem is the column I need contains values that are specific to the
user. How do I go about copying this column to spreadsheet2?
