adding a checkbox
I am setting up a chart and want to add checkboxes in a cell.
example: checkbox contract, checkbox permanent so that I can select which box is approrpriate on each line of the document. In Word you can add the checkbox through the forms toolbar and then right click to check or uncheck it, can this be done in excel? -- Thanks, Pat |
adding a checkbox
The same, but you don't right-click, just click.

adding a checkbox
Thank you for your suggestion. What I am looking for is to have 2 checkboxes
with contract beside one and permanent beside the other in one cell so that the person entering the data chooses one or the other. Almost like a yes/no checkbox. -- Thanks, Pat "Bob Phillips" wrote: The same, but you don't right-click, just click. -- --- HTH Bob (change the xxxx to gmail if mailing direct) "Pat" wrote in message ...
