No "Excel Services" option in Publish menu

I'm trying to get Excel Services up and running. I have enterprise content
enabled on my MOSS server and have trusted locations established. However,
when I go to publish a spreadsheet in Excel 2007, there is no "Excel
Services" option in the Publish menu. Is there something I need to do in the
Excel 2007 application to enable this publish option? My Excel 2007 version
is 12.0.4518.1014. Thanks!

Apparently, you need Office Professional Plus 2007.
