Excel setting problem

I have the following problems with excel. Does anybody know the solution to
these.. It would help.
1) I am sure how the setting in my Excel got change. I am not able to toggle
to between excel files using Alt+tab
I have to always go to Windows menu and select the file to look at another
spreadsheet.
2)Also usinf shift+Ctrl+End i am not able to go to the last cell with data.
3) And another point is that excel automatically inserts "'" or "^" in every
well that i type in data.

I'd give your keyboard a serious coat of looking at.

Disabling Alt+Tab is a registry setting but unless you are confident of
knowing what your doing keep out.

the registry key is HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Desktop

1)
<Tools <Options <View tab,
And *CHECK* "Windows In Taskbar".

2)
Have you tried:
<Ctrl <End

3)
Have no idea!

For # 1 ToolsOptionsViewCheck "Windows in Taskbar.

For # 2 and 3 ToolsOptionsTransition.

Uncheck the Transition option buttons in lower half of dialog.
