How can I allow users to print a locked worksheet

Is there a way of locking a spreadsheet so that users can't change the data
but can still print the sheet ?

How can I allow users to print a locked worksheet

Go to the Tools menu, choose Protection, then Protect Sheet, and assign it a
password.
