Excel 2002 error: cannot complete with available resources when co

I have found that Excel uses its own memory...The total amount of memory on
this machine is 1553436, and is only using 504844. The spreadsheet I am
trying to copy is 2919K, but I can't even copy more than 300 rows. Any
suggestions of how to get around this so that I can copy my spreadsheets?
