Pivot Table - Hide Total Row without hidding corresponding row
I have a pivot table with several rows, one of which is 'Cycle Time'. I want
to show this row for each of the items in the table, but don't want it to appear as a total. When i try to hide it, the corresponding rows (of detail) in the table hide also. I want to see the rows in the table, but not in the totals. Any ideas please? |

Right-click on the Cycle Time field button
Choose Field Settings Under Subtotals, choose None, and click OK Suzanne wrote: I have a pivot table with several rows, one of which is 'Cycle Time'. Thank you for responding. There's not a 'sub total' option in the Field
Settings window that displays when i right click on the field. The buttons are 'hide' 'number' 'options'. If it's a Data field, and your Data fields are listed in the Row area,
you can't control which Data fields are subtotaled, and which aren't. However, you could select that set of subtotals, and format them with white font and white fill, so the subtotals aren't visible.
