Counting None Hidden Lines
HI,
Is there a way to count only the lines that show after you sort a spread sheet. I need to count the lines on a spread sheet after you filter it. When you highlight the rows it counts the hidden lines as well. IF you put a separate column in to count wouldn't it count the hidden lines as well? any ideas or formulas I might be able to use. Thanks. |
Counting None Hidden Lines
If you have a field that always has data in it, you could use this in a
different cell: =subtotal(3,a2:a9999) for example. =Subtotal() won't count rows hidden by that autofilter. dpal wrote: HI, Is there a way to count only the lines that show after you sort a spread sheet.
