linking cells between worksheets
Hi Dawn
Not really - formulas can't amend the formatting of the cell in which they reside (other than in limited circumstances eg by Conditional Formatting). You would need to copy and pastespecial the formats from the target cells yourself, I'm afraid. On a case by case basis, you can do this in 2 steps.
Right click in the source cell and choose copy, Navigate to the target sheet and right click in the target cell, Choose Paste Special, Click on Paste Link, Right click again in the target cell, Choose Paste Special, Click on Formats, Then <OK. -- HTH, RD ================================================== === Please keep all correspondence within the Group, so all may benefit! ================================================== === "Dawn101" wrote in message ...
