Data table

Hi,

I have a table with formulae, and several variables (the main variable being
number of persons, which varies between 6 and 84; other variables - client
type, commission, duration of service, number of crew, have 2 values each),
and I would like to make a table based on the number of persons, for each of
this variables.

Can someone assist me?

Thanks

Two approaches:

1. Autofilter - this can isolate variable one a a time or combined.
2. Pivot table - this can summarize data by catagory

See:

and

Gary,

many thanks, but neither Autofilter nor Pivot Tables work. I think I did not
explain myself correctly: when I said a "table with formulae" I should have
said a "column with formulae". The last cell of that column is my Gross
Margin in euros (not a percentage). What I wish is to visualize that gross
margin changing the number of persons, and have it recorded in a table. I am
doing it manually (change the number of persons and then copying the last
cell of the column), but it takes a lot of time and it is not flexible.
