Excel External Data Selective Import.

Hi All

This is my 1st post.

I have access to a MS SQL database and tables and views within. I
currently pull data into the spreadsheey via the external data option
within excel. I would like to expand on this and pull less data rather
than delete what I do not need.

There is a field in the database data called ts_start_date. I wish to
be able to put 2 date values in 2 excel cells and use these to filter
the data returned.

Exmaples.

A1 Has the date 02/09/2006 08:30 and B1 has the date 10/9/2006 17:30.

The returned date would only have dates in the field ts_start_date with
dates and times within this A1 B! range.

Please how do I easily do this. I can do this in raw SQL but I need to
make this excel easy for my basic users.

Thanks Martin
