I'm new to pivot tables. Is there a way to have the subtotals appear before
the detail listing? |

Right-click the field button
Choose Field Settings Click the Layout button Select 'Show items in outline form' Check the box for 'Display subtotals at top of group' Click OK, click OK Jeanmarie wrote: I'm new to pivot tables.
