Inserting the same value until the same value is reached again
 

I have some imported data that has a row which states the branch name at the
start of the data and again at the end, the data then changes branch and the
same thing happens. see example

company2030
GroupSales
InternalDirectSale
Retail
Trade
W/SExternal
W/SInternal
W/SWarranty
ZSurcharges
company2030
branch
branchmbch
company3030
B/SExternal
B/SWarranty
GroupSales

Want i need to happen is, in the column to the left of the data between the
same company number is the company number addedis the company number along
side the data between the same company numbers.

OK, I will try and make some sense

If the data appears in column B, I would like to insert the company name in
colum A on all data between the same 2 company numbers. The 2 lines of data
in between the company change can be ignored.
