Macro Help
 

I have a listing of customer with information that needs to be transferred to
a letter. When some of this information is changed we need to send a new
letter. I know how to create a Macro that will transfer the information for
one customer. But I do not want to creat 60 + buttons for each customer.
What I would like to do is create a Macro (button) that will ask what
Customer do I want to send a letter to and all the information for that
customer will be transferred to the letter.

Use DataFilterAutofilter to get the information for the customer you choose.

You can record a macro whilst doing the filtering.

Add that to the macro you have.
