What does "no new fonts may be created in this workbook" mean and what can I
do about it?

The number of fonts that may be installed and used in a workbook is limited.
You may hit this error when trying to install new fonts, but a possible
culprit is that each chart incorporated into the workbook counts as a number
of fonts.

Thank you - looks as if this might be worth a try. I was modifying a chart
extensively and hit this quite quickly. An irritating limitation.

Thanks again
