Multiple users to one spreadsheet

Hi

I have a single spreadsheet that sits on a server. There are three terminals located in the building that need to access the spreadsheet to add data. Is there any other way that people can add data simultaneously to the workbook, other than using sharepoint 2007? (upgrading server software is perhaps a little overkill for what I need).

Thanks

Tools-Share Workbook
You can also put on a protection
Tools-Protection-Share workbook so only those with the password can access
the data.
