A hyperlink can be inserted into existing text by:
1. copying the cell to Word 2. inserting the hyperlink 3. copying the modified text back to Excel -- Gary's Student gsnu200701 "greeneyeddi" wrote: How do I add a hyperlink to a web site inside of a cell that already had text? When I attempt to do it the option is not available. Please help. |

Are you sure that you haven't got some protection that is stopping you doing
the edit? Are you sure that the option is missing, rather than just hidden if you've got the option that shrinks menus to recently used items? I assume that the option you are looking for is Hyperlink under the Insert menu? As another option, have you tried Control K? -- David Biddulph "greeneyeddi" wrote in message ...
