Default How can I lock the position of a textbox?

I have placed textboxes in my spreadsheet as a solution to needing to have a
section of cells with different column sizing. How can I prevent other users
of my spreadsheet from moving the textboxes? Is there a way to anchor or lock
these textboxes in position?
