Data validation

I accidently moved the message window for data validation, and now the window
does not follow the cursor anymore. Hoe do I reset it so it will?

Close the file and re-open it. Saving changes if needed. When re-opened,
the Input Message Box should be returned to its original location and once
again follow the cursor.
